Quick Verdict

Reviewed by FX Advisor Pro Research Team Β· Last checked August 2026

MH Markets is a multi-asset CFD broker whose legal entity is Mohicans Markets Ltd, licensed by the Mauritius FSC, with low entry deposits, MT4 and MT5 and three account types. Independent scores are mixed: BrokersView gives 8.3 and WikiFX 7.35 out of 10, while Traders Union gives 5.4 and Trustpilot shows 2.6 out of 5 with many complaints about blocked withdrawals. Check which legal entity your account would be with, read the bonus and withdrawal terms before you deposit, and try a small withdrawal early.

Pros

  • Standard account opens from $50, Prime from $100 and ECN from $1,000
  • Spreads from 0.8 pips (Standard, no commission), 0.5 pips (Prime, no commission) and 0.0 pips (ECN, plus commission)
  • MT4 and MT5 plus an MT4 web platform; 100+ forex pairs and CFDs on indices, stocks, metals, energies and futures
  • Publishes its Mauritius FSC licence number (GB20026131); WikiFX scores it 7.35 and BrokersView 8.3 out of 10
  • Withdrawal requests made before 16:00 (GMT+2) are processed the same day, according to the broker

Cons

  • Trustpilot TrustScore is 2.6 out of 5 from 32 reviews; 47% are one-star, mostly about blocked withdrawals and closed accounts
  • The broker's own regulation page lists only an offshore (Mauritius) licence; the ASIC, UAE and South African licences quoted by reviewers belong to other group entities and may not cover your account
  • The ECN commission is not published on the broker's site and reviewers quote different amounts ($2 to $7 per lot)
  • Leverage of up to 1:2000 is subject to regulatory limits and the broker can change it at any time
  • No negative balance protection statement on the broker's pages; its risk warning says you can lose more than you deposit
  • Published terms differ between pages and reviewers (leverage, withdrawal fees and cut-off times), and the brand name differs from the legal entity (Mohicans Markets Ltd)

Regulatory Status & Safety

MH Markets' regulation page names one licensed entity: Mohicans Markets (Ltd), regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) under an Investment Dealer Licence (Full-Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), number GB20026131, with a registered office in Port Louis. The site says clients are assigned to a licensed entity based on where they live, but names no other licence, and it names a Cyprus company (Edge Token Technology (CY) Limited) that it says is not regulated and offers no trading services. Review sites list more: BrokersView, FastBull and WikiFX show Mohicans Markets Capital Pty Ltd with an Australian licence (AFSL 455388), WikiFX shows a South African FSCA licence (55437), and BrokersView lists Vanuatu and St Vincent entities. Traders Union and WikiFX also list the UAE company MH Markets Financial Services LLC (SCA licence 20200000159), but FastBull says the SCA lists it only for financial consultation and introduction, not for executing derivatives or spot forex, and WikiFX marks its status 'Exceeded'. None of these extra licences appear on MH Markets' own regulation page, and we have not checked any of them on the regulators' registers, so confirm the exact entity and licence in your client agreement before you deposit. The site is not offered to residents of the United States or of jurisdictions on the FATF high-risk list.

Trading Conditions

Execution ModelMarket execution on Standard and Prime; ECN (direct liquidity) on the ECN account. The broker does not say whether it uses a dealing desk
Spreads (EUR/USD)Standard: from 0.8 pips. Prime: from 0.5 pips. ECN: from 0.0 pips (all from MH Markets' account types page, which gives starting values, not averages). Reviewers warn that a 'from' spread is a minimum quote, spreads can widen when markets move fast, and negative Trustpilot reviews mention slippage. Check live spreads on a demo account before you fund.
Commission StructureStandard and Prime: no commission. ECN: a commission per trade, but the amount is not stated on the broker's website. Reviewers quote different figures: FastBull about $7 round turn per standard lot, Traders Union $2 per lot, BrokersView $6 on an Islamic account. Confirm the current figure in your client area before trading.
Swap / Islamic AccountsSwap rates are not published in the sources we read, and BrokersView rates MH Markets' swap rates 'Poor'. User Reviews & Public Reputation

2.6 / 5
Trustpilot Β· 32 reviews

Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 2.6 out of 5 ('Poor') from 32 reviews: 34% five-star and 47% one-star. Positive reviews praise execution speed, tight spreads, account managers and smooth deposits and withdrawals. Negative reviews describe withdrawals blocked or profits withheld after accounts turned profitable, accounts closed for 'abnormal' or arbitrage-like trading, requests for extra documents, slow support, slippage and swap calculations. MH Markets replies to negative reviews with similar templated messages that deny restricting accounts for profitability and point to its terms and compliance team, and Trustpilot notes the company has not invited customers to review recently, so the sample may not be representative. WikiFX scores the broker 7.35 out of 10 (July 2026) with 137 user comments (130 positive, two exposure reports about account closures and execution), BrokersView scores it 8.3 and Traders Union 5.4 ('moderate risk', with support rated 4.2 out of 10). These are individual allegations and third-party scores that we have not verified, and we have not tested deposits or withdrawals ourselves.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

Deposits: bank and wire transfers, credit cards, local banking and QR payments, depending on your region (from the broker's site); Traders Union and BrokersView also list PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and crypto (USDT, Ethereum). Deposits are described as instant with no deposit fee, with a $50 minimum for deposits and withdrawals and a USD base currency (Traders Union). Withdrawal requests received before 16:00 (GMT+2) are processed the same day and later ones the next business day; funds arrive within 1 working day for most methods and 3 to 5 working days for international bank wires (the broker's statements, and two FAQ answers give different cut-off times). Traders Union lists a withdrawal fee ('3% or $10') while BrokersView says there are no internal withdrawal fees, so confirm before you withdraw. The sources we read do not describe client-fund segregation.

Red Flags & Controversies

1) Trustpilot shows 2.6 out of 5, with 47% one-star reviews that mainly describe blocked withdrawals, withheld profits and closed accounts (individual allegations, not verified). 2) The broker's own regulation page shows one offshore licence (Mauritius FSC) and says clients are assigned to an entity by country; the UAE entity is listed by the SCA only for consultation and introduction (per FastBull), and the brand name differs from the legal entity name. 3) Bonus: the 10% Trading Bonus page shows a $500 minimum deposit, an example that needs 25 lots traded before withdrawal and a validity window of 1 July to 30 September 2026, which has ended, and bonus disputes appear in negative reviews, so read the full promotion terms and check whether a new period is running. 4) The risk warning says losses can exceed your deposit, and we found no negative balance protection statement on the broker's site (Traders Union says it exists, so confirm). 5) Marketing claims such as '14.5k happy users' and a list of about 40 award events come from the broker, and several entries are event names rather than awards it won. 6) Published terms conflict: leverage is 1:2000 on the broker's site but 1:1000 on a review site, and the ECN commission, withdrawal fee and cut-off times differ between sources, so rely on your account agreement. 7) Clients in the United States and in FATF high-risk or sanctioned jurisdictions are not accepted.
